Education: Following a commercial diploma and the „matura“, Mr. Zollinger completed his studies in law at the University of Zurich in 1979 with the title of lic. iur.

Professional activity: From 1971 to 1979, Mr. Zollinger worked in various companies in the field of properties and mortgages. From 1980 to 1982 he completed his traineeship at the district court of Zurich. From 1983 to 1998 he worked at Zurich Insurance Company, at first in real estate acquisition; later he became responsible for the company’s worldwide real estate and mortgages portfolio. Since 1998, Mr. Zollinger is a partner at the real estate company Kuoni Müller & Partner in Zurich.

In addition to his mandate at PSP Swiss Property Ltd, Mr. Zollinger held, as at 31 December 2007, a directorship with Kuoni Müller & Partner as well as several directorships in the private real estate sector in Switzerland and abroad.
