Professional activity: Private lecturer since 1971, extraordinary professor since 1974 and ordinary professor for private, trade and capital market law from 1978 to 2008, Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich (1988-1990 Dean). Member of various Swiss Federal expert commissions, author of numerous books and essays from his field of activity. Professor Forstmoser is attorney at law and partner of an important law firm in Zurich.

In addition to his mandate at PSP Swiss Property Ltd, Professor Forstmoser holds directorships in other companies, in particular Hesta AG, Zug (as Chairman) and Mikron Holding AG, Biel (as member), and he is a member of various boards of foundations, in particular the Gebert Rüf Foundation.
