The "Property Management for Third Parties" business area (around 110 employees with a real estate portfolio under management worth approx. CHF 8 billion) is sold to the German Bilfinger Berger Group with effect on 1 July 2007. PSP Swiss Property thereby focuses on its core business and thus on its own real estate portfolio.
July/September 2005
PSP Swiss Property acquires GFG Gesellschaft für Grundeigentum, Zurich. The real estate portfolio taken over in the value of approximately CHF 230 million consists of 17 commercial properties centrally located in Switzerland.
May 2004
PSP Swiss Property Ltd merges with REG Real Estate Group (REG). Through this merger, PSP continues to expand its leading position and owns a real estate portfolio worth around CHF 4 billion. The market capitalisation of approximately CHF 2 billion is the highest of all listed Swiss real estate companies.
December 2002
PSP Swiss Property acquires Verral SA, Zurich. The Verral real estate portfolio is situated in Zurich West, a promising area. The price of the acquired portfolio with a rentable area of 138 000 m2 amounts to CHF 360 million.
March 2001
Successful joint acquisition (with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners) of a real estate portfolio worth approximately CHF 1.3 billion (seller Swisscom). 16 properties worth approximately CHF 409 million were directly acquired by PSP Swiss Property. The remaining properties worth approximately CHF 850 million were acquired by the newly formed WTF Holdings (Switzerland) Ltd, of which PSP Swiss Property holds 20% (LBREP 80 %).

Zurich Financial Services forms PSP Swiss Property Ltd.
Nearly all of the Swiss commercial properties as well as the existing property management company (PSP Management Ltd) were contributed to the PSP group.
