PSP Swiss Property carried out a study for the design of a construction concept in the first quarter 2008. The study's results were subsequently discussed with the local authorities and presented to the public on 1 July 2008.
The project includes approximately 30 000 m2 of usable floor space. Thereof 54% are reserved for residential use, while 38% are earmarked for offices and 8% for services.
The building application for the new buildings and conversions is scheduled to be submitted in the first half of 2009. Construction is planned to be completed in 2012.
