The basis for the conversion of the existing buildings and the construction of new ones on the Löwenbräu site is the design plan which was legally accepted in April 2008. The building permit for this project was issued in June 2008. The only appeal against the construction was withdrawn in December 2009. The start of the construction works is planned for end Summer 2010. Completion works will occur stepwise until 2013.
