The project comprises the creation of:
- 65 owner-occupied apartments
- 750 m2 retail space
- 1'400 m2 office space
The demolition of the original brewery buildings on the site was completed in 2005. Concept planning has been finalised. At present urban planning topics in connection with the embedding of the project into the environment are worked on.
