For PSP Swiss Property, sustainability is not a trend, but the way forward. Energy-saving measures, renewable resources and innovative technologies are our tools to contribute to the well-being of our planet and to offer sustainable solutions to our stakeholders.

Sustainability goals

The basis for our sustainability initiatives is our materiality analysis and the material issues derived from it in the various impact areas of our business activities.

How we address the sustainability aspects relevant to us in the various areas of impact and thus contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

Clime, Building with wood

On an area of around 6 000 m2, the Clime building in Basel offers flexibly subdividable and expandable space with basic fit-out that meets the highest standards thanks to state-of-the-art infrastructure.

17 tonnes CO2 reduction

At Gartenstrasse 32 in Zurich, CO2 emissions will be reduced by 17 tonnes per year thanks to the renovation measures (2021/22). The new PV system supplies environmentally friendly electricity directly from the roof.
