Employees

Our goal: Motivated, responsible employees who treat their fellow human being with respect.

Well-trained, motivated employees are the key to the success of our company. They are committed to the concerns of our tenants and business partners on a daily basis and work with them to find the best possible solutions. We offer an attractive, safe and varied working environment that increases motivation and enables high-quality performance. Furthermore, we promote the professional and personal development of our employees and encourage them to contribute creatively and independently to their daily work.

We are a “Great Place to Work”

Our employees appreciate the open culture of discussion, the flat hierarchies and our manageable size. This gives them the opportunity to contribute their ideas and concerns and to find constructive solutions together.

We are a team

What job profiles are there at PSP Swiss Property? And what do our employees like about working for us?

«At PSP Swiss Property, professional commitment and a balanced private life can be perfectly combined.» - Giacomo Balzarini, Chief Executive Officer

Equal opportunities and diversity

We live diversity and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Gender equality, but also cooperation between generations is important to us. We regularly carry out an equal pay analysis and were awarded the “Fair-ON-Pay+” certificate based on the good results. This means that PSP Swiss Property is recognised as a fair employer.

Promotion and training

We promote the professional and social skills of our employees and support them in their professional development with personal training and further education programmes. We also train apprentices. In 2023, our employees completed an average of 44.5 hours of training.

PSP Academy & Co.

Internal theme lunches are organised regularly for the entire workforce, sometimes with the participation of external experts. The topics range from trends in the real estate sector to sustainability and health.

We also attach great importance to internal subject-specific workshops and the exchange of experience as well as the promotion of language skills.

Inspiring office infrastructure

We create a pleasant working environment that enables exchange and promotes health. Our employees should feel comfortable in our buildings and be able to work productively there.

Productivity – Collaboration – Health

In the cafeteria in Zurich, one can get perspectives from colleagues with whom one does not have daily contact.
In 2023, all workstations at all locations were ergonomically checked and employees were given appropriate advice by specialists.
At the Zurich office, a lot of bookcases have been removed, now there is more space for plants, exchange, virtual reality and quiet zones.
Our Collaboration Lab in Zurich offers 400 m2 of flexible workstations and lounges equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video technology for presentations.
Since the beginning of 2022, employees in Geneva have also been able to benefit from new, modern office space that is ideal for exchanging ideas.

The in-house fitness facilities in Zurich are popular. Employees in Basel and Geneva benefit from contributions to fitness subscriptions.
Thanks to the internal staircase connection between the 2nd and 3rd floors that was built a few years ago, it was possible to break down the "silos" in the Zurich office.
Lunching together in the large kitchen or barbecuing on the terrace at the Zurich location offers opportunities for informal exchange.
The new Bern office has a welcoming meeting room with wooden flooring in the traditional Bern style and is ideal for discussions with clients or business partners.
Thanks to our local proximity, we can now also increasingly welcome our clients in Basel in our attractively furnished meeting rooms.

The Assignment

The shooting of a short film motivated employees to return to the office after the pandemic. “The Assignment” is a tribute to the office as a meeting place.
