PSP Swiss Property announces change in the Executive Board

Mr. Reto Grunder, currently Head Acquisition & Sales of PSP Swiss Property, will succeed Mr. Adrian Murer as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) und member of the Executive Board of PSP Swiss Property as of 1 January 2020.

PSP Swiss Property has taken note that Mr. Adrian Murer intends to leave the Company. He will, by mutual understanding, quit the Executive Board of PSP Swiss Property by end of 2019 and leave the Company by end of March 2020 at the latest. Adrian Murer will in spring 2020 take up the position of Group CEO of Swiss Finance & Property Group AG.

Mr. Reto Grunder, born 1974, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as new CIO and member of the Executive Board as of 1 January 2020. Reto Grunder graduated in 2001 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bern with a licentiate degree (lic.iur.) and was admitted in 2004 as attorney-at-law in the Canton of Bern. Subsequently, Reto Grunder practiced several years as lawyer. He joined PSP Swiss Property in 2008 as Legal Counsel and, as from 2016, he held the position of Asset Manager. Since this year, Reto Grunder is Head of Acquisition & Sales.

The appointment of Reto Grunder ensures the continuity within the Executive Board of the Company. The Board of Directors already today wishes Reto Grunder every success in his new function and thanks Adrian Murer for his valuable contribution and wishes him all the best for his future.
