The EPRA Best Practices Recommendations (BPR) set European best-practice standards for the financial reporting of listed property companies. They promote transparent, consistent and comparable disclosure of financial indicators.

Moody’s Credit Rating

Moody’s Ratings assesses the creditworthiness of companies and provides a forward-looking assessment of their relative credit risk. In particular, it assesses whether financial obligations can be met when due. The long-term rating scale ranges from Aaa to C.

PSP Swiss Property has a Moody’s credit rating of A2 with a stable outlook.

The EPRA Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations (sBPR) provide a uniform framework for sustainability reporting by listed property companies in Europe. They promote transparent, consistent and comparable disclosure of environmental, social and governance metrics.

PSP Swiss Property was awarded the EPRA sBPR Gold Award for the high quality of its sustainability reporting.

GRESB

GRESB is an internationally recognised sustainability benchmark for property companies and investors. The annual GRESB Real Estate Assessment evaluates and compares the sustainability performance of property portfolios using standardised and validated data, enabling a comparison with peer companies worldwide.

PSP Swiss Property was awarded the GRESB 4-Star Rating for Standing Investment.

MSCI

MSCI ESG Ratings assess how well companies manage financially relevant and sector-specific sustainability risks and opportunities. The rating is based on a comparison with companies in the same sector and ranges from AAA to CCC.

PSP Swiss Property has an MSCI ESG rating of AAA.

Social

Fair-ON Pay

Fair-ON-Pay is a certification standard for assessing pay equality between women and men. The certification is based on a standardised statistical analysis of remuneration and confirms compliance with defined pay equality requirements.

Great Place to Work/Best Workplaces

Great Place To Work® stands for a trusting and positive workplace culture. The certification is based on an anonymous employee survey and assesses the workplace culture from the employees’ perspective.
