Renewed splendour at Bärenplatz
Bärenplatz in Bern has been given a significant facelift with the three renovated buildings. This has come as a benefit not only for users of these properties, but also for residents and the many tourists that visit our federal capital each year.
The extensively renovated property, which we acquired in 2019, consists of three adjoining listed Old Town houses from different time periods. The construction history of the oldest house dates back to the 16th century. The property now shines in new splendour after extensive renovations were completed in 2022. The Bärenplatz is located in the heart of the town, right opposite the Parliament Building. The ground floor is now home to the “Röschtigrabe” restaurant, with modern office spaces and 15 small flats on the upper floors.
